Si tu animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda tiene un problema de comportamiento, cont\u00e1ctanos en cu\u00e1nto antes. Una de las dos veterinarias de Etholink acudir\u00e1 a tu domicilio para ayudarte. Si tienes un gato y crees que se va a estresar mucho ante nuestra presencia, tambi\u00e9n te ofrecemos la posibilidad de contratar una sesi\u00f3n por Skype*1. (ver condiciones).<\/p>

\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste la sesi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>

Te haremos un cuestionario completo para poder obtener todos los detalles necesarios para diagnosticar el problema de conducta de tu compa\u00f1ero canino o felino. Por ello es recomendable que todos los miembros de la casa trat\u00e9is de estar presentes el d\u00eda de la visita. En el caso del perro, tambi\u00e9n saldremos a pasear 15 minutos para observar su conducta en la calle. El cuestionario y visita del entorno en qu\u00e9 vive, as\u00ed como el paseo, nos permiten obtener una visi\u00f3n integral del problema y as\u00ed poder ofrecer el mejor tratamiento posible. A partir de este diagn\u00f3stico, te explicaremos y enviaremos por correo electr\u00f3nico las pautas a seguir para tratar el problema. Adem\u00e1s, realizaremos un seguimiento a corto plazo para comprobar la evoluci\u00f3n*2(ver condiciones).<\/p>

Condiciones de los servicios<\/strong><\/p>

*1 En el caso que te decidas esta opci\u00f3n, debemos poder visualizar la distribuci\u00f3n de tu casa para poder diagnosticar correctamente el problema. Por otro lado, en este caso el pago se deber\u00e1 realizar por adelantado mediante transferencia bancaria.
*2 Siempre que realicemos una primera visita, ello implica un seguimiento de la evoluci\u00f3n a corto plazo. Es decir, durante tres meses despu\u00e9s de la primera visita, admitiremos peque\u00f1as consultas telef\u00f3nicas o v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de peque\u00f1as cuestiones o dudas que puedan preocupar a los propietarios. Ello no implica la realizaci\u00f3n de visitas gratuitas por tel\u00e9fono o email. Si consideramos que es necesario realizar modificaciones de conducta o nuevas visitas para el tratamiento, as\u00ed lo recomendaremos y no admitiremos la opci\u00f3n de tratar o recomendar soluciones por tel\u00e9fono si el cliente no quiere concretar una nueva cita. Esta es solo una opci\u00f3n referente a peque\u00f1as consultas o actualizaciones del caso.
*3 Los desplazamientos quedan incluidos siempre y cuando no sobrepase el l\u00edmite del \u00e1rea XXXXX. Consultar este mapa (link a mapa delimitado), pues m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este l\u00edmite se factura a 0\u201910e\/km, en trayecto de ida y vuelta des del l\u00edmite.
*4 Las pautas son confidenciales y se proh\u00edbe la recirculaci\u00f3n. Ello es peligroso, ya que cada una de las pautas es espec\u00edfica al caso que se trata, que nunca es id\u00e9ntico a otro y por ello extrapolar las pautas a un nuevo caso conlleva un riesgo. Por otro lado, existen nuestros derechos de autor y no admitimos la recirculaci\u00f3n.
5* Si se decide la opci\u00f3n de comprar packs, debes saber que el pago debe ser por adelantado. Adem\u00e1s, si lo cancelas el d\u00eda antes o el mismo d\u00eda la visita programada, no se devolver\u00e1 el dinero.<\/p>
